Paul Doherty completed our house in February 2020 having started in April 2019. Paul and his team were very easy to work with and went over and above to make sure that our house was finished to a very high standard.

Paul is competitively priced for the quality of his work. Throughout the build, he was in touch with us, and we never had any problems with getting in contact with him.

Paul helped us with decisions, and let us know when we would have to have decisions made in order to move on with the build.

We had priced for builder’s finish, but ended up having Paul organise tiling and flooring also. On the day we moved in, some of Paul’s team were on site late to make sure everything was done and that we got in.

Paul himself is a gentleman and very easy to work with, and he worked well with our architect in making sure that everything was done properly.

We would highly recommend Paul to anyone considering a build, and have done to some of our friends already.

We worked with Paul on a few small projects in 2017, new bathroom etc but in 2019 we employed him to do a big project - practically a rebuild of our holiday home with a view to move into it permanently.

Paul and his team are fantastic. I was able to communicate with them remotely as for most part we were living in Manchester.

The team are very professional, always on time, you could set your watch by them. They were extremely flexible and patient with changes to plan and gave great practical advise when I was struggling with choices.

The finished product is outstanding and everyone who has been in the house comments on the standard of the workmanship. Every single trade Paul employs take pride in their job and they are the tidiest builders I’ve ever seen.

I would recommend Paul in a heartbeat. Key for me is he still answers the phone day & night when I ring with random questions. He won’t leave you in the lurch. This is my third big house renovation and Paul’s team were by far the most professional and easiest to deal with.

We are currently nearing the completion date for building our home, located just outside Carrigart. We hired Paul Doherty Constructions Ltd for our kitchen renovation project. The project involved the restructuring of downstairs space to make a large open plan space. I couldn't recommend Paul and his team enough. Their team were so professional, tidy and communicated clearly with me at every stage throughout the project.
