This house got 2 external extensions stripped back to the bare shell with a lot of major changes to the internal layout of the house. Windows were replaced, it was fully dry lined, re wired, re plumbed and re plastered.

House is fully airtight with air to water heat pump and a mechanical heat recovery system. Roof is finished with a snowdom clay roof tile with external walls finished in white wet dash. Front porch with trocal roof and standing seam.

Modern 2,500 square foot A rated house designed by Mc Cullagh Architecture + Surveying. External finish is with smooth plaster, natural stone with standing seam. The heat source is from a geo thermal heat pump and a mechanical heat recovery system.

Modern A rated house designed by Corner Stone Architecture. Upon completion this house will be airtight with air to water heat pump and mechanical heat recovery system. External walls have a white wet dash finish.
